Abbys quilt
Have finally finished the quilt for Abbys 30th birthday present. Only 6 weeks after the event. So happy with the quilt. It took so long because I couldn't decide on a design or colour kept changing my mind. It is now drying on the line. What next? more to come.........All dried and ready.

My new adventure
Well here goes. My first blog. I joined flikr tonight and the only quilt photo I had was of my Gypsy Rose wall quilt but it felt good to post it. Hopefully I should get my camera back this week and will get more photos to post. Its 1.39am and I cant sleep. The pain in my left hand is bad tonight like a constant toothache. Need to get to sleep soon. Have another quilt to sew. Made a quilt top last week using Jaybirds pattern for the circle quilt, really easy to put together. The next one is more mellow. The circle quilt is really bright using a layer cake of Fig tree Gypsy Rose I had. I suppose I will get better at this blogging the more I do it.
